What data we process

When you visit the website: server log data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested) kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting. For our own audience measurement we set no cookies and store no IP addresses – only anonymous event counts (e.g. “job page viewed”) with a daily-rotating, non-reversible identifier.

Enquiries from employers (staffing needs): name, company, business email address, optional phone number, details of the staffing need and message – to handle the enquiry and prepare a possible cooperation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Deleted after [period, e.g. 12 months without cooperation].

Contact form: name, email address, topic and message – to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Deleted after [period, e.g. 12 months].

Recipients and processors
