Your German does not have to be perfect!

German at B1 level can be enough if you understand work instructions, can ask and answer questions and can communicate with your colleagues and team leaders in everyday work.

You don’t need to speak German without an accent or understand the Styrian dialect. What matters is that you understand important instructions and can communicate safely with your team.

Small grammar mistakes are completely fine. What matters is that you dare to speak German and are willing to learn.

English is an advantage but not a requirement.

Your chance: even without production experience!

Never worked in a production company? That need not stop you.

No specific training in production is required for this position. You will be trained in your tasks and learn the individual work steps.

Many tasks follow clear procedures and can be learned well with attention, practice and a careful way of working. Following safety rules, concentration and a sense of responsibility are of course important.

What counts is your reliability, your motivation and your willingness to learn new things.

Your tasks

You work in a modern production environment in Leoben-Hinterberg and, together with your team, help keep production running smoothly.

Your tasks include:

• Operating and monitoring machines and production equipment.
• Supporting a smooth production process.
• Carrying out stamping work according to work instructions.
• Visual checks of product quality.
• Carrying out measurements and quality inspections.
• Following work, safety and quality instructions.
• Working with colleagues and team leaders.

You don’t need to know everything from day one. What matters is that you work attentively, follow instructions and learn your tasks step by step.

What you should bring

• An interest in technology and a basic technical understanding.
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility.
• A precise and careful way of working.
• Willingness to work in a five-shift model.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom.
• German good enough to communicate in everyday work. B1 can be enough if you understand work instructions and can communicate with your team.
• Being able to arrive on time for each shift in Leoben-Hinterberg.

Production experience is not required. Career changers are welcome.

A car of your own is an advantage but not essential. Public transport can be an alternative. Please make sure the connections fit your actual shift times.

Your salary – transparent and attractive

You receive a monthly gross salary with a planned increase after the first three months:

• First 3 months: EUR 2,782.90 gross per month.
• From month 4: EUR 2,914.77 gross per month.
• 14 salary payments per year, in line with the applicable terms of employment.

The 14 payments generally include holiday and Christmas pay under the applicable rules.

All amounts are gross. Your actual net pay depends on your personal tax and social-insurance situation.
